Learn the skills that help you handle emotions, relationships, stress, and overwhelm, without losing yourself in the process.
Some emotions feel too big.
Some conversations stay in your head for days.
Some moments feel impossible to regulate.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is one of the most effective and practical therapeutic approaches for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, boundaries, and mindfulness. Originally developed by psychologist Marsha Linehan, DBT has helped thousands of people feel more stable, connected, grounded, and emotionally safe.
This is not just theory.
This is a set of real-life skills you can actually use.
That’s where DBT comes in.
📅 Date: June 23rd & 30th + July 7th & 14th
🕒 Time: 6am–8pm
This course is for you if…
You feel emotions very intensely
You overthink conversations and interactions
You struggle with boundaries or people-pleasing
You shut down, explode, avoid, or spiral under stress
You want healthier relationships
You feel emotionally exhausted from constantly “holding it together”
You want tools — not just awareness
You want to feel more in control of yourself and your reactions
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from DBT.
DBT skills are valuable for anyone who wants to navigate life with more emotional clarity, self-awareness, resilience, and self-respect.
What you’ll learn
Throughout these 5 sessions, you’ll explore the four core DBT skill areas:
Mindfulness
Learn how to stay present instead of getting consumed by thoughts, anxiety, or emotional spirals.
Mindfulness is the foundation of DBT and helps you respond intentionally instead of reacting impulsively.
Distress Tolerance
Learn practical tools to get through overwhelming moments without making things worse.
These skills help you navigate stress, conflict, emotional pain, and crisis moments with more stability.
Emotion Regulation
Understand your emotions instead of feeling controlled by them.
You’ll learn how to identify triggers, reduce emotional vulnerability, and create healthier responses.
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Learn how to communicate clearly, set boundaries, ask for what you need, and protect your self-respect in relationships.
