Hi, I’m Christian Baldino

I support individuals and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the transition into adulthood.

I am especially passionate about working with men’s mental health, athletes, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is grounded in empathy, openness, and the creation of a strong therapeutic alliance—one that allows clients to feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy walking around Boston Common, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time at places like the Museum of Fine Arts. I’m also a big sports fan and love catching a Bruins game at TD Garden or heading to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game. I often recommend books like The Art of Letting Go and The Body Keeps the Score, which reflect my interest in growth, resilience, and mind–body healing.

My Approach

I use evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients reduce distress, gain insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Whether working with individuals or couples, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I am committed to helping people develop tools for healing, strengthen their relationships, and live more fulfilling lives.
