Hi, I’m Regan Lynch

I have experience supporting individuals as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions—particularly young adults moving into adulthood.

My therapeutic style is collaborative and transparent, grounded in consistency and authenticity. I prioritize client-centered care and draw from a person-in-environment perspective, seeking to understand each individual within the context of their lived experiences.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy going for walks along the Charles River Esplanade, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time in places like Beacon Hill Bookstore and the Public Garden. I’m drawn to books and conversations that explore identity, healing, and personal growth, and I often recommend titles like What My Bones Know and The Year of Magical Thinking, as well as podcasts such as 10% Happier and The Psychology of Your 20s.

My Approach

I integrate elements of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Liberation Health, and Mindfulness Practices. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique identity, background, and personality, while offering a stable and dependable presence that fosters safety and trust.

I deeply value the power of storytelling as a tool for healing. I believe that understanding and expressing our personal narratives with authenticity and empowerment can be transformative—and that sharing those stories with someone who truly honors them is essential. I am committed to walking alongside you as you make meaning of your experiences and move toward healing and growth.
