Hi, I’m Noah Burchard
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I believe people thrive when therapy feels collaborative, responsive, and tailored to their individual needs, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to explore what feels difficult or uncertain.
I offer a calm, grounded, and compassionate presence in therapy, creating a space where you can feel supported and understood.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy learning through thoughtful reading and reflective practices. I often recommend books such as Trauma and Recovery, Love’s Executioner, and The Miracle of Mindfulness, as well as the podcast Hidden Brain, which explores the ways our minds shape our behavior and relationships. One of my favorite Boston pleasures is simply enjoying great Italian food around the city.
My Approach
In my work, I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build insight, reduce stress, and strengthen coping skills. I am particularly attuned to supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by self-doubt, persistent worry, or uncertainty in their relationships and daily lives.
My clinical training also includes community-based work with diverse populations, including individuals facing housing insecurity, financial stress, and mental health challenges. This experience has deepened my commitment to providing inclusive, respectful care and to creating a therapeutic space where every client feels heard, valued, and supported.
