Hi, I’m Hannah Jureller
I am especially skilled at helping clients identify patterns, clarify challenges, and begin to see new possibilities for change. My work often focuses on supporting individuals navigating relational issues and anxiety, always with a collaborative and compassionate approach.I bring warmth, attentiveness, and strong listening skills to my clinical work, offering a supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered.
A quote that has stayed with me since childhood is one by Winston Churchill: “You make a living by what you get, you make a life by what you give.” My hope is that through our work together, I can create a life of giving—giving space to your concerns, perspectives, heartaches, and joys.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy getting lost in a good story and spending time connecting with people and the city around me. I often recommend books such as Wild Dark Shore, God of the Woods, The Alice Network, and Letter to My Daughter. I also enjoy podcasts like Good Hang with Amy Poehler and Race to 35. In Boston, I love cheering on the Celtics, grabbing breakfast sandwiches at Vinal, sharing meals at Krasi, and taking the commuter rail to the beach with friends.
My Approach
My professional background includes years of advocacy and community engagement, supporting individuals and families as they navigated complex systems related to housing, food access, and disability rights. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how broader social and systemic challenges impact mental health, and they continue to inform the care I provide.
In therapy, I collaborate closely with clients to foster insight, strengthen coping strategies, and support growth and healing. I strive to meet each person with curiosity, respect, and care—creating space for both struggle and possibility.
